Did you also have a list of the different antennas being used by each
station and the individual terrain factors and proximity to salt water vs.
land to factor into the mix?  How about the 5KW (or above) EU stations that
only sent K or KW ?

This really boils down to a situation of ORDER vs. CHAOS & CONFUSION, and
not different than if I start using CF as a multiplier name for California
instead of CA.

Several years ago I suggested an approach that involved participants
registering in advance on a Sponsor's website, and each receiving a UNIQUE
entry number that would be the exchange (characters and numbers - I think 8
or maybe 10 digits).  Now THAT would step up the challenge factor -
especially with 449 signals heavy laden with QSB.

Hmmm.maybe I'll take this approach with the 2009 LQP.
