[CQ-Contest] Cut Numbers

I've been dinged for wrong power in the log.  Maybe they just do it for 
the top scorers in each category, but in these days of computer log 
checking, that doesn't make a lot of sense.  Did you look at last year's 
UBN (or whatever ARRL calls it) ?
