[CQ-Contest] CQ 160M contest and chatroom

 As a reminder, this weekend's CQ 160M SSB contest  is almost here.

 Remember that soliciting contacts or  exchanging frequency information via non 
 amateur means is against the rules.
 Only normal spotting via clusters is allowed, with the exception of self 
 spotting.
For single ops of course, no use of the cluster is allowed. 

 It would be better to avoid the chat room completely during the contest period 
for any entrant.
 Also try to avoid QRM to non contesters on the band.
