The ARRL RTTY Roundup kicks off at 18:00 UTC on January 5, 2008. You will find the rules here:  http://www.arrl.org/contests/rules/2008/rtty.html

Now might be a good time to review and compare your old RU logs to look at your "performance" from previous years. What were your strong hours? When did you take your two 3-hour breaks? What were your strong states and provinces?
