[CQ-Contest] New Solar Cycle 24 has begun

Jose, I seem to remember an announcement about a year ago about a  
reversed-polarity sunspot that was sighted, and hype about that being the end of  a new 
cycle.  I don't think I would get too excited about this one, just  yet anyway.
