[CQ-Contest] RTTY Reflections

Just a quick note: I tuned to 14.100 to check out the DX beacon this
weekend only to hear RTTY there instead. These beacons on 20m-10m
are very useful for DXers, but only if they can be heard. I'd like to  
suggest
that no RTTY activity happen within 3-4 kcs of the beacon frequencies.
