[CQ-Contest] W6 1x1 calls in the IARU contest

The Southern California Contest Club has organized a regional WRTC
style competition that will take place within the IARU contest.  Look for
and work stations with 1x1 calls with the prefix "W6."  These are teams at
various locations in the west coast region competing with other comperable
