[CQ-Contest] Some UBN info

There few interesting regarding UBN files for CQ WW SSB.
UN7MMM and JJ2CJB (maybe others?) entered their calls into their Cabrillo 
LOGs as "UN7MMMM" and "JJJ2CJB" respectfully.
Therefore, all people who worked them in the contest are being penalized for 
"busted" calls (of course, they all logged REAL calls).
The question is - IS IT FAIR? What would LOG checkers do in this situation?
