[CQ-Contest] Joe Barr W5CT Silent Key

Fellow Contesters, 

Last week one of the newer members of the Central Texas and DX Contest
Club, Joe Barr - W5CT passed way.  He was also fairly new to amateur
radio and contesting.  I am sure a number of you worked Joe in some
contests and he was improving his skills in the Thursday night
sprints.

His day job was writing about linux.
