[CQ-Contest] Use of di-di-dah-dah-di-dit in CW Contest

When I get the "?" after a CQ, I always reply with a short CQ. 1. He 
gets my call in a couple of seconds and 2. Some folks use "?" instead of 
the longer QRL? to inquire if the frequency is on use. The CQ "helps" to 
defend my run frequency (sometimes!).
