[CQ-Contest] Eliminate SO Unassisted?

I think I asked a while back what people's estimates of percentage of 
cheaters is and I forget what the answers were.

But you are always going to get a certain minimum percentage of cheaters 
in any endeavor who don't see anything wrong with it at all.  The minimum
percentage by actual measurement is about 2 or 3 percent.

It could go as high as 20% in some groups but I don't think ham radio is 
one of them. Probably a lot lower in contesters.

Since, as I mentioned, this certain small percentage of humankind in 
general don't care about cheating, essentially have no conscience, all we 
can do is be wary of them. We aren't going to stop them, even if they get 
caught.
