Wait a minute ..... This ain't rocket science.

DX stations don't know the abbreviations for the states, US stations can't
copy the power when it's not a straightforward number ....

Let's make a molehill out of a mountain .....
The DX station says anything that infers 1000 watts, type the letter   K
