[CQ-Contest] ARRL rule - A practical compromise

No, don't butcher the logs that way... the rule says ALL  the log
information, so remove the exchanges, those are worthless anyway as per most
other threads on here.  Leave the times as those are important for figuring
things like rates, coincidences with dx spots, and band opening times,
important for anyone trying to do a CONTEST log analysis.
