Contesters,

 

The June "Contest Corner" column for WorldRadio will feature young
contesters and their elmers. I'm looking for profiles of youngsters and
elmers who have recently operated their first contest. I'd like to know

 

What sparked the youngster's interest in contesting?

 

What contest did the kid participate in? 

 

CW or SSB?

 

Have any tips or techniques you or the youngster found particularly helpful?

 

My deadline is 1 April, so having your submission by 22 March would be very
helpful. 100-150 words, preferably some of it written by the harmonic or
youngster. I will want photo images but DO NOT send them now, we'll sort
that out later.
