[CQ-Contest] Contesting using remote stations

Again, technology gets ahead of the current rules.

I'm all for using ONE remote station as your only station in a contest. 
The rules just need to be updated to clarify such things as how many 
stations can be used, which location you use for the state/zone/country, 
etc.
