It's not EA3JE qth, its a club station of some hams located in Granollers
village. I think contact is EA3CNN.

You can see EA3JE antennas in the highway running from Barcelona to Manresa
, near to Terrassa city, not in the way to France.

Could be EA3JE, I know he is on a hill near Barcelona.
On 20m it should be a 6/6/6 yagi stack.
