[CQ-Contest] Logging NEQP + 7QP

A couple of years ago, I used N1MM with the IARU contest template, and worked the County Hunter CW, NEQP, InQP and 7-land all at once. The devil was paid in full by parsing out the logs from the file later. The reason for the IARU was that it let you type in anything for the exchange, so it didn't care if it was a CH or NE or In or 7-Land exchange. Scoring, of course, requires some additional work after parsing.

With WriteLog they both pretty much use the same format
7QP uses       RST RCVD CTY2 CTY3 CTY4
NEQP uses    RST RCVD CTY2 CTY3 CTY4 SENT

I'd use the NEQP contest and send the log to both.  Their log checking
software should figure it out!
