[CQ-Contest] 2009 schedule conflict

I think the ARRL and CQ should get togther and use one or both of the 
split weekends and avoid the conflicts altogether.  NAQP RTTY and ARRL 
DX CW will be totally incompatible after 20Z or so on 40M at least and 
maybe on other bands.  CQ 160 SSB and ARRL DX CW would make 160M a non 
band in ARRL DX CW because the SSB stations will not stay high in the 
band and they will wipe out weak DX stations.  73, John, K4BAI.
