[CQ-Contest] CQ160 contest logs

I have received numerous notes about logs not showing up on the log 
received page for the CQ160 contest.
It seems the SSB contest was most affected, probably due to a change 
in servers around log submission time.

Please check the following link and confirm your log is there. If 
not, please re-submit it to the robot.

BTW, the web site is new for this year and there will be some major 
changes to the contest.
