[CQ-Contest] Not Receiving the HTML Contest Update?

For those subscribers that did not receive the HTML version of the Contest 
Update (sent on Wed morning), it may have been blocked or re-routed by an 
email-reading program. If you have enabled filters for incoming mail, check 
your spam folder to see if the newsletter is there.  You should be able to 
configure the filters to accept HTML mail from the ARRL server.  Similarly, 
a spam-detector may have flagged the newsletter as spam and will need to be 
told to let the Contest Update through.  Your email program should also be 
configured to accept messages of up to 100 kbytes.  In any case, the 
newsletter can be read directly at  http://www.arrl.org/contests/update/.
