Added Stew Perry warmup and the real one to the upcoming contests...

The live scoreboard at http://www.getscores.org is now set up for:

Please be sure to test your logger setup to see that it is sending scores
before the Friday of the contest, that's a bit late to be troubleshooting
stuff like that.  You can see pre-contest testing posts at
http://www.getscores.org/testing.aspx
There are also links on there for information on using it with N1MM Logger,
Writelog, and Win-Test.  Any other logger writers who are interested in how
to add support to your loggers contact me or w1ve at support at getscores.org.
