The Fall running of the NCJ NA RTTY Sprint is this Saturday (00-04Z Sunday).
Plan to join the fun for four hours. This is the first RTTY Sprint without
the "legal dupe" rule, so its just like CW and SSB now. This means the loud
stations can't keep working each other again and again to the exclusion of
others in the pile-ups. Low power and QRP stations will find that they are
very much in demand, especially once the initial feeding frenzy dies down on
each band.

Teams add to the fun and can be composed of single-op entries from anywhere,
up to ten per team. Team registration is done on the NCJ web site any time
before 00Z Sunday. The last team submission made prior to the deadline will
be used in the team competition.

The Makrothen RTTY Contest is also this weekend but it has an 8-hour break
during which the NA Sprint occurs.

Look forward to having lots of participation in our first RTTY Sprint sans
training wheels!

Ed - W0YK
