[CQ-Contest] Contact info for I.C.E.?

  Does I.C.E. still exist?  I have four 419 boxes from our P40L-P49Y station 
in Aruba, each of which has one or more sections blown out, and would like 
to get them fixed.  But in the last 10 days or so, I get no answer to their 
800 number or email as given on their website.
  They've fixed filters for me before, but have always been reachable by 
phone.
  Any help would be appreciated.
