[CQ-Contest] Spotting SS Sections

If you are one of those people who spot sections during SS, I would like to ask you a favor.

Please put spaces before and after the section.  If you spot a section like SS-ND or ND!!
people with software like N3FJP will not be alerted that the ND section is on the air.
Just a plain ND will do.  And please use the proper abbreviations, not Ndak or spelled out.
