I am working on my NCJ Contest Tips, Tricks & Techniques column and would 
like your input. This is the topic for the next issue:

Strengths and Weaknesses.
What do you consider your station's strengths and weaknesses? What are your 
operating strengths and weaknesses? How do you use strengths in one area to 
overcome weaknesses in others? Do you choose contests or entry classes 
based on your skills or station's capabilities? What do you do to improve 
on your operating weaknesses?  What one thing would you most like to do to 
improve your station?
