[CQ-Contest] NCCC Thursday/Friday Night Practice Party, Oct. 3 and 4, CQP rules

NCCC PRACTICE PARTY  continues this week; warm up for California QSO Party.
Oct. 2 & 3, local date in North America;   Oct. 3  &  4 UTC time

Good opportunity for expeditions and mobiles to check out their rigs 
before the real thing on Saturday.

   --30 mins   0230-03Z  (all NCCC practice sessions will be the same 
UTC START (NOT local time time, year round, UFN)
-- Start 0230Z (1930 PDT, 2030 MDT, 2130 CDT 2230 EDT) until time 
change in Nov.

This week we'll use California QSO Party rules, CW and SSB, choice of power,
all bands (that are open), both THURSDAY AND FRIDAY.

CW on 1815 and 40 kHz up from band edge. Phone on 1845, 3850, 7230, 
14250, 21300, 28450.
<during the real CQP on Saturday, try CW on the half hour; 160 meters 
at 0500 UTC>,
80/75 meters at 0300 and 0700 UTC.  VHF: Look for 2M FM activity on 147.54.>

Report scores and BS about the NS near 3610 LSB after the practice,
