Paul I to would like to know the details because I don't think we are 
talking about the same thing. No one and I repeat NO ONE can be penalized 
because the other guy makes mistakes in copying the exchange you send. A 
first year law student could win that argument, that's just simple  common 
sense. Now you can be penalized if your callsign is not in the other guys 
log. That would be a legitimate penalty and it's what I suspect happened.
Please clarify.

I have been penalized for the other station logging me wrong when it was
obvious that he worked me.  It happened more than once.
