[CQ-Contest] FQP - "Pse QSY to SSB"

In the FQP, if a FL station asks you to QSY to SSB to pick up your  mult, 
please comply with his request.  In past years, many CW-only stations  
outside of FL refused to QSY to SSB thinking that doing so would jeopardize  their 
CW-only status, and that is not the case.  As a CW-only station, you  can 
make SSB QSO's without losing your CW-only status.
