This week, we'll use NS rules on SINGLE BAND 20m, dupes OK for the 
Thursday  practice,
AUG. 13 local date in North America;

Practice the basic skill of all Sprints, S&P for cuplets,  and 
maximum rate.  Take a week off from SO2R!!!

30 minutes starting at 0230Z, 20m CW, 100w max
-- Start 0230Z (1930 PDT, 2030 MDT, 2130 CDT 2230 EDT)

NS RULES:   DUPES OK with one intervening QSO, 100 watts
BAND:  20m,  14035-14045
