[CQ-Contest] Better idea for inspections

Why don't we just make it easier.  Attach a web linked vid camera in  
everyones shack, just to make certain the wattmeter shows the correct
power, and  
a single op is a single op, and nobody is sneaking a peek at a spotting

network.
 
Solves every major ill these days, right?

Great idea, but we better all use contest committee supplied watt meters
and amplifiers, otherwise, the clever cheaters will modify their own so
they display only what they want the CC to see on the video! A simple
twist of a screwdriver here, a snip of an LED there and VOILA...meter
always reads 1500 watts!

I am all for CC supplied and calibrated power amplifiers and meters for
monitoring and ensuring my station is within the rules!
