[CQ-Contest] Cabrillo

Hello, I am on the committee that is putting the Colombian Independence Day 
Contest on track again. Next year is the bicentennial of the Independence of 
Colombia and the LCRA is interested in knowing how to receive contest logs 
in cabrillo, adif or other formats in order to expedite log checking.

I've found some references but not for the receiving side.

Can anybody on this reflector give us a hand, references or logging 
receiving software or the like?
