[CQ-Contest] Running power in the contest

Its subtle isn't it Doug...
When almost all of southern Oceania has a HF 120 watt output CW power limit
I cringe when I see various Dxpeditions to the Pacific publishing on the web
that they are using the "Loudenboomer" 2 kw amplifiers on CW...
They are accepted for DXCC credit without question...then they operate a
contest and claim records for categories...frustrating..thats what 15 db ??
