[CQ-Contest] 3830 reporting

Starting this year, I've noticed that the CQWW log submission page includes category of entry and claimed score. 3830 is nicer with the band breakdowns, soapbox, etc., but this should do it.

> One of the pleasures is to see the scores roll in on 3830... Although for whatever reason I find that there are operators that have a top 10 score but don't submit it to 3830. Are we to wait months until these scores are shown in the results?

> For instance, YM3D placed 2nd in 2009 WPX CW SOAB-LP but no information reported until the claimed scores were listed on the wpx web page.

> Also in the 2008 CQ WW CW, 9J3A and VE2XAA/2 placed in the top ten SOAB-LP but no score reports until the results were published.

> So my appeal (again) is that if you have a top score, then post it on 3830. Why have your competitors wait months to find out what your score is? By the time the results are published the contest is almost year old history.

> I also agree with putting something in the 3830 comment section of your posting. We all have our own adventure/story to tell...

> A big thank you to all the volunteers that produce the final results.
