[CQ-Contest] How many CQWW "observers" were active during the contes

Hola Jorge,

well, I don't know who paid for the travel costs, nor who determines which
stations will be observed.

However, my personal assumption is, that costs are covered by the individual
observer and that the stations to be observed are discussed and agreed
within the CQWW committee.
