I'd expect the number would be a fair bit higher. Our party has a fair  
number of county hunters, so those are people who are more interested  
in a QSL card than submitting a log. That's okay, it makes for  
activity if not logs. But some of those hunters could snare a bit of  
wallpaper if they were inclined.
