[CQ-Contest] OLD data

This has nothing to do with driving at 4AM or Sprint.

I just rejuvenated an old hard drive and found .25M of old contest logs, 
all in CT's .bin format.
Some of these go back to 1992. There are CT7, 8 and 9 files in this lot. 
I'd like to put these Q's in my master log and also put them into LOTW.

What's the approved method to translate them into either clear text or ADIF?
