[CQ-Contest] NCCC Thursday Night Practice, FEB. 20, NS rules, 3 bands CW

This week, we'll use NS rules on 40/80/160m for the Thursday  practice,
Feb. 19 local date in North America;  Feb. 20 UTC.

30 minutes starting at 0230Z

NS RULES:   Sprint format, DUPES on same band OK (one intervening 
QSO), 100 watts
1 Khz QSY before calling;  5 Khz QSY before CQ.

BANDS:  40/80m,   +35-45,  khz from low band edge;  near 1815 on 160m.

The SLOW SPEED CW NS practice continues: 02-0215Z on Thursday; 40, 
80m CW, dupes ok.  See W9RE's announcement.
