[CQ-Contest] US Zipcode Help Needed

Some of these are simple mistakes.

For example see 90992. Searching QRZ.COM for that zip code brings up
one listing in MARINA DELL REY, CA, 90992

There is no city with that spelling of the name either. The correct
spelling and zip code are obviously Marina del Rey, CA 90292.

The error could have come from the applicant himself or from someone
else along the processing chain.
