[CQ-Contest] CQWW CW & 6Y1V Logs

K0CKB and I love the hectic clamor and excitement of a good contest, and 
we're delighted that in our favorite contest (ARRL Nov SS) the logs are 
still kept private.

We'll still participate in the hectic clamor of other contests, like CQWW, 
but keeping our logs private is still an option even there.  We'll just not 
send them in.
