[CQ-Contest] real time scores for this weekend's contests

The real time scoreboard will be active for the NAQP RTTY and CQWW VHF
contests this weekend.  Both of these start at 18z today.  Please contribute
your scores and watch the action at http://www.getscores.org

The score board is also set up for RSGB IOTA contest next weekend.  

If you want to have the board active for other contests contact me or W1VE,
preferably a week or so in advance.
