I have the old manual here. 
Pin outs ou the paddle connector are:
1. Common
2. Dash
3. Dot
4. Blank
5. Blank

Keyer output:
outside ring - Common
inside ring - bipolar output.

If you like, I can make a Xerox copy of the entire manual and send it to 
you.
