Either RA3CO was properly authorized to operate, or he wasn't.  That's the 
core of the issue.

Demonizing the HK hams won't affect that simple fact, and demonizing todays 
HK hams based on Danny Weil's experience nearly a half-century ago is REALLY 
a reach!
