[CQ-Contest] ILLW contest

The International Lighthouse-Lightship Week
runs from August 1 through August 9 this year.
It consists of two events:  The ILLW Special Event
(NOT a contest) and the ILLW QSO Party, with scoring.

The QSO Party is featuring a random drawing of
submitted logbooks with a YAESU FT-857D as
the prize.  Since this is a drawing and the winner
is chosen randomly and not by score, everyone has
an equal chance of winning.  As of June 20, there is
a  1  in  40  chance of winning the new YAESU transceiver.

Pre-registration is required (see ILLW Organization
web site), and there are logging specifications.
