Thanks, Guy.  I knew this was planned but I didn't realize it was this

Al,
    As of midnight tonight, all SW broadcasters must move out of 7100-7200
in ITU regions 1 and 3.   This process no doubt started months ago.   With
more "usable" spectrum in this range, I would guess that this has taken the
pressure off of the lower end of 40M.
