[CQ-Contest] arrl dx ssb spotting report

I am a bit rusty on my statistics, so I am sure I will get corrected. But, 
to get it started:

First -- asssuming only 2 or 3 character suffixes, there are 26X26X27 
different suffixes possible. The reason to use 27 in the last position is 
that it could be a blank making it a 2 character suffix. This results in 
18,252 possible suffixes.

Second -- assuming a totally random usage of these possible suffixes the 
likelyhood of the same suffix being used 4 times in a row is 1 in 18,252^4. 
So something like 1 in 1.11E17. Or, 1 chance in 111 quadrillion. Or, about 
the same chance as a west coast station winning a dx contest. :)
