[CQ-Contest] PACC contest deadline 16MAR09

As of this year the log submission period for the PACC contest has been
changed into 4 weeks.
This means the deadline is 16 March 23:59:59 UTC
Electronic logs (=CABRILLO) are strongly recommended. Paper logs are
still accepted though (should be post stamped before deadline).
As an incentive **everyone** who submits a log with *including* an
existing postal address will receive the /exclusive PACC Token of Merit/
by mail. An example can be seen here:

Log instructions can be found on the PACC website
(http://pacc.veron.nl)  under "Log submission". A number of options are
available for submitting your electronic log:
- by e-mail as an attachment directly to the robot at pacc at dutchpacc.com
<mailto:pacc at dutchpacc.com>
- by using the robot's webinterface (http://131.155.192.114) where you
can *upload* the log file, or *paste* the contents of your log file into
an text area or simply *fill in* a form where you submit all QSO's one
by one.
