Of course the answer is yes. How could it be anything else? You are allowed
to operate 36 hours. 

The only way it is no is if you start at 1130z on Sunday in which case you
can operate for 36 straight hours but since the contest ends at 2359z Sunday
you would only have the 12 hrs and 29 mins counted ;-)
