Sorry, must correct myself, I had said:

That is not true.  Previously we had 7050-7100 exclusive
amateur.  Now we have _no_ portion of 40m that is
exclusive amateur.  I missed a footnote, in UJ & EX
7000-7100 will also be fixed service, secondary.
