[CQ-Contest] RDXC suggestion

With UZ2M guys making 3968 QSOs as M/S in RDXC 2009 ( more than all M/2
beside 4Z5J ! ) I would say it is time for RDXC contest committee to include
M/M category in RDXC 2010 :-).
It would be fun for us at LZ9W to take part as M/M in RDXC 2010.
Moreover, adding this missing category will bring RDXC closer to other big 4
( or 6 ) :-) HF contests.
