[CQ-Contest] 40m changed forever (Rick Dougherty NQ4I)

Personally I didn't know of the addition of 100kHz to the 40m band until
reading this post. I though operators were out of band. What made me really
surprised is that SWBC were not here! I thought it's a question of time and
later they will remain! 40m was wonderful!
